*Dispatch and Delivery Time
We deliver all over Pakistan, the shipment can take up to a minimum of 2 days to 7 to 10 working days depending on weather, product availability, and your availability at the shipping address.
The product can only be returned or exchanged if it is delivered broken or damaged to a customer. We spend a lot of our time making sure that you get the right product as soon as possible. There is no other return or exchange policy because you get exactly what you order.
*Handling Of Damaged Parcels
The customer needs to send a video of the broken/damaged parcel on eshoppers.pk’s official email address. Our customer service representative will call you within 2 to 3 days of your complaint to answer all your queries, and solve your problems.
Our customers are notified via SMS and email during every stage of their order processing and delivery. The only thing they need to worry about is writing a good review once the order has been received timely.
