What To Eat For A Glowing Skin

Have a  look at a list of food that will help you in making your skin healthy and glowing, which will make your skin blemishes free. 

1- CARROT:

 ” We carrot about you.”

Carrot is rich in beta-carotene, antioxidants, and vitamin A. They make your skin clean and clear by excluding out all toxins, they also have a property of photo-protective as it protects your skin from sunburnt. You will have a brighter skin tone by taking carrot juice in the morning. It also reduces inflammation of your skin.

2- DARK CHOCOLATE

  ”  Chocolate is the health food for the soul “

Dark chocolate contains an antioxidant known as flavanol, and it is also a great source of pre and probiotics. By eating chocolate we can free ourselves from oxidative stress as it may cause roughness in our skin and causes premature skin aging. It also helps you in healing your guts, protects your skin from UV rays, so you can eat 1 ounce of chocolate per day. 

3- EGG

You should eat a whole egg as a yellow part of an egg yolk contain a beauty vitamin known as biotin, it helps protect your skin from inflammation, blemishes, dryness, and acne. The presence of amino acids in the gg also helps in the generation of new skin cells. It keeps your skin soft and hydrated too. 

4- GREEN TEA:

“I am not addicted to green tea, we are just in a committed relationship”

Green tea has a lot of benefits, it contains polyphenols, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) which have the most potency gives protection from skin cancer, it helps fights against premature aging, treats acne, removes blemishes from the skin. 1 cup of green tea is enough for 1 day as it contains caffeine and it may cause dehydration in you if you overtake 5 to 6 cups of green tea in a day.  

5- FISH:

“The fish is the star of the plate “

at baked and grilled fish as it contains omega 3 rich fatty acid, it gives your skin natural oil which reduces redness, inflammation, and acne from your skin. The best fatty fishes you can eat like mackerel, carp, tuna, and salmon. Fish oil supplements can also keep your skin smooth and glowing. 

You should not discard salmon fish skin as its skin contain vitamin B  and D and minerals like phosphorous and magnesium.  

6- BEETROOT:

“What does beetroot say to its lover?  “you make my heart BEET faster”

This fruit is rich in vitamins and minerals, drinking beetroot juice will purify your blood and gives you an instant beautiful glow. Because of its anti-inflammatory properties, it also reduces acne, blemishes, and pimples from your skin. You should include beetroot in your routine. The beetroot face mask also gives you a youthful pinkish face tone.

7- WALNUTS:

Eating walnut is very healthy for your skin. They contain essential fatty acids that your body is unable to make, they are rich in omega-3 and omega- 6 fatty acids. It helps to reduce inflammation of the skin. They provide all the nutrient which keep your skin healthy and glowing. These nuts may taste bitter to you but they are best for your skin, they protect you from harmful  UV rays.

8- BERRIES:

Berries are a good source of antioxidants. You should include blueberries, raspberries, cherries in your diet. They are very delicious and fruitful in taste and also provide many benefits to your skin. It gives your skin protection against free radicals. They reduce wrinkles, blemishes, and acne due to the presence of allergic acid in berries which are responsible for skin-related benefits.

9- ALMONDS:

Almond has a lot of skin benefits so include almonds as a part of your diet. They contain vitamin E which nourishes your skin and make it smooth and supple. Eating almonds daily will give you acne-free, pimple-free, and clear skin. They are also rich in antioxidants.
